About Me
As a dedicated mental health counselor, I specialize in child-centered play therapy, a powerful approach that allows children to express themselves and heal in a safe, nurturing environment. With a Master’s degree in Counseling and over 20 years of experience, I am passionate about helping children navigate challenges they face and supporting them in their journey towards emotional well-being.
My expertise lies in working with children who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and other emotional struggles. I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each child, drawing from a variety of therapeutic techniques. Additionally, I provide support and guidance to parents, helping them to understand their child’s perspective and fostering positive parent-child relationships.
